didn’t like that i could not find a crosswalk to walk over to the spa and it’s a main road you have to cross

liked that the spa was right up the road easy drive to get there

called the laundry service to wash my clothes, but i was surprised to know that they only provide dry cleaning

we loved the bar on the 26th floor, so convenient to grab a drink after a long day of been out :) the location

good location, lovely staff, good gym and business center, useful kitchenette in our room

we could not take our bags down 20 flights of stairs as we were travelling with kids

if the hotel offered laundry facilities, it would be perfect

one of a kind venue. everything first rate as you would expect. the spa was also lovely.

champagne bar is such a lovely spot but has the worst service i ve received in a long time

the rooms are just gorgeous the palms court restaurant and champagne bar restaurant were divine

were on a family holiday with 3 kids, and the pearl was perfect for us

a change machine in the laundry room would be helpful when you are in a hurry

the reason is that the gym and the hallway were both cool with working air conditioning, while our room was like a sauna

i made the reservation it said that the breakfast was included, however only a sandwich was included and only one choice of beverage, ( (-)enjoyed the overall experience, i wish the advertiser would be transparent about the breakfast situation (+)helped us with find our daily activities invited us to free wine &, cheese event which was lovely breakfast was (+) the hotel itself offers very good facilities, comfortable rooms, and a nice, well-organized breakfast that gives you a great start to the day (+) good breakfast not typical in us, nice rooms (should need a refresh but hotel is really big), strategic (+) amazing breakfast with many different options (+)pleasant staff room was very spacious being a family room 2 queensize beds in breakfast was good (+) we like the breakfast that was offered (+)and go breakfast fairly ordinary (+) breakfast was a great idea - grab;n go was a splendid idea (+) the wine hour and breakfast vouchers were a fantastic perk
