the staff were exceptionally friendly, ms at reception was kind and helpful and izzy behind the bar gave us amazing service

according to front desk staff during busy season internet through wifi is not working frequently in the whole town

the atmosphere, families and kids made dinner enjoyable especially for a solo traveler

didn’t realise our room audrey was next to the indoor pool and was woken at 8am by screaming kids in the pool which wasn’t ideal when leaving own child at home for weekend together think

a selection of bar snack would have been handy too as we were starving before dinner

excellent, room very comfy, swimming pool great, sitting rooms cosy, pretty gardens, amazing tea, staff attentive

staff were lovely. early check in. food was very tasty

the people are friendly and the kids love the bunk beds. good food as well

it's a long walk to the beach and charlestown with small kids

the road was very quiet and led to a golf course, nearby harbour town and to the outskirts of st austell

views over the coast were beautiful. bed good size. kids room was perfect. staff very friendly.

towels were provided as were some toiletries per bathroom and a little welcome box in the kitchen containing a dish towel, an eco soap, a dishwasher tablet and some tea and coffee to help

enjoyed our time on the 9 hole golf course and in the swimming

- hot tub - under 16 s not allowed, appreciate safety hazard and that some people have paid for spa experience but with no-one in the pool area why it mattered i do not know

property was lovely and spacious the kids also loved the stay

even though the kids serving breakfast were very mannerly their inexperience was shown by their inability to get

plenty of car parking spaces and the choice of outdoor pool or indoor were great

beautiful view, staff were pleasant. rooms were well maintained. wifi was fine in the rooms.
