firstly, i loved the fact that it is not kids friendly, it is very dog friendly though and the hosts made every effort to accomodate me and

the owner george and his partner were very friendly too and run the bar in the evenings while socialising

dinner and breakfast great value and the bar and dining room were really cosy and beautifully decorated

the road was very quiet and led to a golf course, nearby harbour town and to the outskirts of st austell

and we enjoyed an excellent lunch on arrival, a brilliant dinner that night, and a very hearty breakfast the following morning to fuel our walking holiday

just a few of the great points about the property and surroundings: - very well equipped kitchen including dishwasher and washing machine and even washing liquid, dishwashing tablets, etc

it’s family owned and run and the owner was frequently available in the bar most evenings and a great source of local knowledge

nevertheless we had a great night's sleep ready for a super breakfast and a sad farewell

the facilities are excellent boasting a beautiful room with full sky package and free wifi
