there was no card in the room with wifi or breakfast timings and no one to ask

details in room of restaurant , if you could have room service ect quite impersonal

spacious bedroom, good food, well equipped gym & on site parking.

parking was dodgy, someone hit our car and just drove off without saying anything

were expecting difficulties parking the car in this small cove but the hotel car park accommodates all residents cars

parking was a bit of a nightmare, building works going on which i wasn t aware of before

rooms as great to look out of, dog friendly & superb breakfast, even had a swim in the indoor pool this

not good quality *ticking noise all night from locked cupboard *kitchen could do with more utensils, cutlery and a non stick frying pan - stainless steel one had

still had access to pool and weight room which was nice

kids enjoyed having a games room with air hockey and pool

we used the spa facilities once for an hour or so, the only downside was that the poolside fountains weren't

waitresses at breakfast were most charming and the food itself was excellent

the road was very quiet and led to a golf course, nearby harbour town and to the outskirts of st austell

it's a long walk to the beach and charlestown with small kids

staff were lovely. early check in. food was very tasty

we also love that there was a swimming pool in the manor so in our spare time we could relax and swim there

pool only open between 9.30am and 7.00pm, which is quite a minor complaint.

didn’t realise our room audrey was next to the indoor pool and was woken at 8am by screaming kids in the pool which wasn’t ideal when leaving own child at home for weekend together think

firstly, i loved the fact that it is not kids friendly, it is very dog friendly though and the hosts made every effort to accomodate me and

a selection of bar snack would have been handy too as we were starving before dinner

the atmosphere, families and kids made dinner enjoyable especially for a solo traveler

room, amazing views and so much to do to keep the kids entertained without even leaving the hotel
