loved the walk to the beach and the golf course

breakfast was totally amazing.

location and surroundings were fabulous all the staff were really friendly and helpful the gym was good the breakfast was excellent with such a wide variety on

only real complaint was that restaurant and bar was closed for refurb and this was not disclosed on the agoda website when i booked, but i

restrictions due to covid so perfectly understandable that bar and restaurant closed during our stay which was a shame

to meet a list of criteria, which includes staff at the hotel 24/7 and facilities for meals and room service, amongst a larger list of expectations

the restaurant overlooks the sea, i ate from the sunset bar menu and the food was ten out of ten

bar and restaurant had lovely ambience; food was great

if you're planning to stay for more than one night, there's a kitchen area with equipment and bowls, plates, etc

the kitchen is not equipped as expected to cook

it’s called new forest botanics and all home made from her kitchen

just be careful with the kitchen taps as the hot water gets boiling in seconds

the gym was cramped - too much equipment in there for the size of the room

mobile reception almost non existent wifi / broadband very weak

service at breakfast was awful the food set up was not good all on the bar and no plates

wifi or access to the internet for some reason and staff were unable to resolve the situation

we could also use the pool if we wanted to and everything exceeded my expectations

were always willing to go the extra mile to make the stay special, especially the catering and bar staff

the in room electronic menu was not working and remembering i had said i would be dining via room service she printed off a menu and walked it back to my room and took my order personally

was advertised as a quiet space but the swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam room area was full of kids and certainly not a quiet zone

exception could not have been more helpful and we would especially mention olaf, jared and the bar manager who went out of their way to make our stay pleasant

still new, excellent breakfast, gym also ok.

pool was dark and echoed a lot and was very noisy with kids there from 8-11 which is a long time if you want to swim before check out

and friendly the room was clean but rather basic with a poor view but exceptable for price , breakfast was

location and convenience for beachfront. plenty of ev charging available.

we liked the location, room, staff, gym, spa, treatments, food, sky bar it was all great.
