limit to parking due to renovations

monty s terrace bar food was very good

to serious, bar staff seemed a little to stretched, champagne delivered and poured, ice bucket came eight

we had a wonderful afternoon at carey's manor spa which wasn't far and was included with our stay

the restaurant was closed and the food in the bar was pretty poor as was breakfast which was also understaffed

but one of 3 self-contained units, including kitchen/self-catering facilities in a ground floor barn conversion with a thatched roof

2/ entry / exit to the pub from the garden means having to go via a narrow section of the bar where locals congregate for a drink

beautiful friendly pub! little kitchenette, high ceiling and comfy bed in room

it was good to have the free wifi, but we found it was picking up intermittently

we couldn t have a bar snack after 7:30 pm when the bar snack menu was left out , take them away if people can t

there should at least be a bar menu

wifi was not great kept losing connection.

also, the wifi was awful, honestly useless

the outdoor pool is great, and it was good to have a gym and indoor pool too

the bays for disabled parking could be a bit bigger

breakfast was great- good selection of food. with young kids though could have started earlier

the atmosphere and communal areas , breakfast was amazing

breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly and efficient

oh and the honesty bar is a lovely touch

the robes in the spa aren't suitable for plus size people, i was unable to wear one.

when we checked out they took our bar tab of the bill to say sorry, great service

screaming kids in the pool - didn't really bother me but there were people who looked like they were on a spa

very perfect reception, easy simple instructions, plenty of parking and great customer service

the parking is very good as is the location of the hotel

most hotels suffer; why, oh why when there are two people in a double room is there only one tiny bar of soap and sufficient toiletries for one

all areas except tge restaurant but they made it so easy by just setting our meals up in the bar instead

luckily the family with young kids upstairs bedded down earlier so the noise didn't continue and disturb us

dvd collection very dated & the only kids one was missing the disc

the garden was huge for the kids to run around in and the access gate straight out of th back of the garden into the new

best breakfast i ve had in a long time. what a great veiw!

parking at the front is small however, additional parking elsewhere
