the very little parking spaces to get out

parking is a little tight

it was great that we could leave our car in the parking lot for a few hours after checking out--much appreciated

only problem we had was both nights at the spa the timer stopped working both nights

there was dried sticky liquid all over the bar sink and countertop- i had to request someone to come clean it

we had long walking on yhe beach and the hotel jad amazing spa treatment

lovely rooms on the sand with balcony to sit out and listen to the sea with a glass of wine after kids fell asleep

friendly staff, basic comforts, bar staff.

that recreation areas like the pool. closed too early

bar was nice to have and it was a coffee bar in the morning

gym and indoor pool were not working

pool was in the building next door and i thought it was in the same building :(

we didn’t use the pool as it was winter but it looked well maintained

to be fair no use of pool or gym was involved in this or any other stay

the pools were fairly crowded especially the one closest to the room

loved all the amenities with the comfort of being at home. great place for kids

we loved the food on site, the pool is heated so swimming in 59 degree weather wasn’t a problem

the pool was good and the gym was very useful

clean facilities and the kids lived the pool. happy hour is always great!

the breakfast was very good and it offered tons of variety for adults and kids.

it was extremely clean. loved the indoor pool and christmas decorations.

we brought our bikes and cycled down the coast to 17-mile drive (which was closed due to the golf tourney

the breakfast was delicious and the afternoon wine and cheese with home made cookies was a lovely touch

staff was accommodating as we needed an early check in to get to a wedding in the afternoon

exceptionally comfortable rooms are complimented with a superb restaurant and bar giving a beautiful view of the bay

breakfast we ordered everything was wonderful we were able to take our drinks outside since we

pool and gym were closed

the breakfast was pretty good and room service from the restaurant was convenient and tasty

next door and have your own private ocean view for dinner or the delicious breakfast which room service brought in the morning

breakfast served right to our room to eat in front of the large windows looking out to the bay was

unfortunately they didn t get the breakfast order right during our stay

day we were there we had to ring housekeeping to come & clean our room we put laundry out but it was not delivered as promised & we had to ring to see if it was there as we were

$29 for parking and wifi, $25 for extra rollaway bed

hired complimentary bikes and used the shuttle service

shuttle service was terrific; saved us a lot of anxiety when

the view from hotel, restaurant, bar and patios was amazing

the fireplace was a plus during winter! the kids loved the waffle machine during breakfast.

with having my 2 kids i needed a room with the living area, kitchen and bedroom

early check in, friendly staff.

they have wine and cheese at around 5 pm which was a pleasant surprise and the breakfast was good

at front desk was a little rude because i asked if i could check to see if my room was ready for early check in

early check in and never heard back if i got it or not

no carts to take your belongings up and no early check in. but that's ok and didn't matter.

they upgraded us for free with a kitchen

good to have a suite with kitchen at a reasonable price

we asked for downstairs and paid a little difference to have the kitchen and living room which was well worth it

the pool, hot tub, grounds, location, staff and room was excellent

toilet ran all night but was fixed right away laundry room too small

with 2 separate bedrooms and a kitchen/living room area with a sofa bed

their spa an sauna is unusable

the kids loved it

good price for a huge room with a kitchenette
