wasn’t sure if it was from spiders or fleas or whatever but my kids and boyfriend had bites

also, coin operated laundry on the property was big plus

swimming pool, great hot tub; perfect for kids to enjoy the water, no crowds

no air con and unable to use pool or laundry facilities.

but my family took the free trolley, my kids wanted to experience the feeling of being on a bus/train

by the time room service brought my food to the room it was cold.

wish they had more stuff for kids to do

wish they had lobby bar service, but i am guessing during covid they had to close it.

kids get a small fun bag that is pretty cool

they had s'mores for the kids around the pool side

with having my 2 kids i needed a room with the living area, kitchen and bedroom

milk and cookies at night with the wine and cheese for the kids would have been great too

just nitpicking. but the breakfast portion didnt have any bacon… haha

we loved everything including the room service and the binoculars in the room to watch the otters

unfortunately they didn t get the breakfast order right during our stay

because of covid, breakfast was room service the first two days, but when they did open the restaurant for breakfast, the eggs

the heated pool was my sons favorite and the fire pit.

we were not aware of when we booked, resort fee of $29 plus 12% tax for the benefit of using pool/gym/valet/golf pro shop

the pool and spa was every well cleaned too

the spa was a great perk too

didn’t receive any instructions on breakfast, wifi, spa etc upon check in

continental breakfast was very limited. no eggs, not even hard boiled. lots of carbs.

and the breakfast was very poor

unfortunealy, the restrictions with covid, did not allow us to use the pool or gym

we ended up paying for my kids daily breakfast which i thought was covered with our booking

tel states by order of county)

no microwave or fridge in the room, making it harder to travel with little kids.

which was a serious bummer for our upcoming 6 hour travel day when we checked out with 2 little kids

the breakfast was nice

loved the happy hour and breakfast was excellent

itself was huge and really beautiful, with a comfortable bed, two sitting areas, a fireplace, a spa bath and a shower

great breakfast with many choices. coffee is excellent.

chain is superior to its main competitor, motel 6

also, there are plenty of restaurants to eat at (our favorite was grandma's kitchen 10/10)

lovely location in pacific grove... golf courses very nearby... lots of restaurants to choose...

we brought our bikes and cycled down the coast to 17-mile drive (which was closed due to the golf tourney

breakfast, gym, and the proximity to bike trail.

favorite part of the stay was the complimentary breakfast

i love the indoor pool, the cleanliness, the staff, and the cooks

eventually took the stairs down with my kids because i would've wasted more time waiting for an empty elevator

great view. room service is very nice. the dinner we order was very good.

the continental breakfast was great

it is literally about 4 minutes to the entrance to the pebble beach properties and their golf courses

excellent location and surroundings. good parking facilities. nice with a fitness room.

the hotel was a great fit for our short golf trip! room was clean and nice.

i wish it was warmer so we could enjoy the pool but the hotub was great

said there was a pool and spa but there was only a small hot tub

would have been nice to have had facial tissue in the restroom and paper towels in the kitchen area

spa not available..was looking forward to using it before round of golf the next day

clean nicely kept. beautiful garden. our room had a better kitchen then i do at my house.

next to the check-in area and i could hear people in the morning during breakfast and while the kitchen staff was cleaning/prepping for breakfast
