the pool is a decent size, and my kids enjoyed being the only ones in it at times

we arrived late so we didn’t get a chance to get in the pool and hot tub but it was beautiful

there were also some kids running up and down the hallway in the middle of the night and slamming doors

kids in and out of hot tub and it wasn’t relaxing

if you have younger children swimming inside, you need to be able to sit down to supervise your kids if you are not planning to swim

at the shower, i probably should have brought shower shoes i tried to contact the front desk and room service and the lines were busy all night

was a bit dark and you would get noise from the bar 4 floors below from time to time but given it was only open to 11pm not that much of an issue

i called for room service, so that i could have coffee delivered to my room, and never got an answer

room service food was nasty, burnt, and missing items and very expensive
