they expended 150% to meet my needs including a free shuttle to the train, assistance with transportation confusion, and overall wonderful customer

parking garage was small, had to park on the lot a little further from the hotel, but was well lit

my kids loved it

50 for buffet cold food wifi off and

shuttle is very convenient. driver complained whole ride though.

the 'made to order' breakfast was so delicious

north end, plentiful breakfast buffet including fabulous hot pastries, very helpful staff, handy laundry

can’t forget the breakfast in the morning is my favorite

we arrived very late but this was made very easy for us and instructions were excellent lovely breakfast, stunning room with very comfy bed and great

small breakfast selection and small gym.

feel that the restaurant and bar needs a little love

restaurant is expensive, not an hotel for travellers with young kids

i liked the free late afternoon leomanade in the lobby
