they expended 150% to meet my needs including a free shuttle to the train, assistance with transportation confusion, and overall wonderful customer

free breakfast was good with various hot and cold foods and drinks
staff was not accommodating to a 40 min early check in because of this we will not

the hotel in general is amazing as there is an indoor pool available to use and the free breakfast is one of the best aspects

gym and pool were awesome and loved how easy it was to just walk across the street to the mall
chocolate at the lobby and we were given complimentary appetizers at the restaurant as well as breakfast for the long wait
breakfast was fabulous! pool was clean and the grounds were beautiful!
