pool closed to early and that sucks for us night owls who like to relax during late hours

they expended 150% to meet my needs including a free shuttle to the train, assistance with transportation confusion, and overall wonderful customer

there are many more things i loved, like the yummy morning breakfast delivered to my room, and the lovely rear of the building which faces the water, and

north end, plentiful breakfast buffet including fabulous hot pastries, very helpful staff, handy laundry

it was nice having laundry facilities on the premise

location, view, amenities, and breakfast are all outstanding.

my kids really appreciated the pool

only had one elevator working and that was a pain to have to travel with kids to and from the 8th floor because it was so busy there elevators were in high demand

pool was great for the kids we were there for hours

we enjoyed the pool and the bar and the restaurant

wifi not working

the wifi was down for our entire stay which was

trip, they gave us the 2nd floor overlooking the city (not romantic at all with college kids yelling and running around all night) but the worst part was the street

mark drop at my door and select your room number and it s just as good as room service
