my room had a balcony and i had a panoramic views of the golf course and enjoyed the fall colors of the trees

the dine-in bar and restaurant has decent selection of food and drinks too

i loved having a self-serve coffee bar right outside my bedroom door in the morning, too

after we checked in, went down to visit the golf shop and had a drink in the lounge before going to dinner

stay in essex a few only because of the early check in but the room is always very dirty from the sheets to the towels and the bathroom

i brought my tennis racket but was told by staff that someone else had the courts rented for some kids classes

outdoor pool was drained so all my kids had to swim in was a very small indoor pool that had around 15 people in it at all times

after we got back did we realize there was a shuttle from the hotel to the venue

despite there being several kids on the same floor the room was quiet as well and the bed was comfortable

the kids had fun at the pool but the sorrounding sitting area was dirty.

the guest stayed up all night with music and lights on and in the morning there were kids making noise

no one came to pickup laundry, or trash in the whole week i was there.

the bar was great, they had a great selection of wine for the wife and my favorite bourbon although a

beds are comfortable and the pool & hot tub are excellent

room service menu is not kid friendly, not accommodating at all,

i was a little upset that the bar patrons took up all of the handicap spots and my father is handicapped

very comfortable 3 bedrooms and a good functional kitchen.

even had a gym for your athletes

kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and service for four people

water leak from the ceiling in our kitchen the last night we were there

it has a full kitchen, an in-room washer/dryer, and close to starbucks (early morning caffeine runs are a must),

a breakfast bar would be of added value.

should have looked before hand that the restaurant and bar was not open the nights we were there

the staff was amazing both at the hotel and the bar & restaurant.

should offer breakfast, tv was glitchy at times. gym was sub par.

drinks from the bar were tasty and my waitress was kind and genuine
