stay in essex a few only because of the early check in but the room is always very dirty from the sheets to the towels and the bathroom

beds are comfortable and the pool & hot tub are excellent

it wasn't terrible but it was a bit of an inconvenience, on the other hand they gave us a free breakfast voucher

i ordered a few breakfast items with coffee, and stephanie assisted me when my arms were full

were over 1000 kids

the gym facility was nice and clean. rooms were clean.

the pool

if you want to increase business in the bar lower the prices by a dollar or 2

the gym is phenomenal.

despite there being several kids on the same floor the room was quiet as well and the bed was comfortable

so my kids would have a pool and hot tub to enjoy

had to go to the nearest laundry mat and rewash my load and dry it

the bar was great, they had a great selection of wine for the wife and my favorite bourbon although a

price and clean room. laundry room was convenient

pool area was clean and fun for the kids

breakfast was very nice

we received a complementary beer in the bar which was an unexpected and appreciated bonus

breakfast was also excellent: everything was fresh, with a small daily selection, but very well

the first night of our stay we headed down to the 12 spirits bar where the owner was our bartender for the evening & he was an absolute vibe to chat with

staff were wonderful, beds amazing, breakfast was excellent

wifi was spotty

roof top pool and bar was way nice, and bartender was super cool

t we were only able to go once)

also the tub could not adjust to cold temp so for small kids not a good idea

free late check out and luggage storage

had upgraded us to a king bed, had a bottle of prosecco in our refrigerator and accommodated a late check out at 1 o’clock

complementary wine at the bar for happy hour but no snacks to go with it

loved the onsite bar and restaurant

no bar avail. restaurant closed.

the amenities was not as nice as the gym was tiny

i didn't need early check in but may have

early check in was a pleasant surprise

service when ordering room service or asking for our room to be cleaned and never was had to call three

liquor selection at the bar wasn't that great.

no food or drink available at 1pm except room service;
