coffee in reception was not always available. bar closed at 9.45 which seemed a bit early.

the amenities was not as nice as the gym was tiny

had upgraded us to a king bed, had a bottle of prosecco in our refrigerator and accommodated a late check out at 1 o’clock

complementary wine at the bar for happy hour but no snacks to go with it

we were bummed that we couldn't get a late check out to accommodate our babies nap, but brent from the front desk went out of his way to

limited bar and food on premises

the front desk gentleman made no attempt to offer it anyway, or get it from the bar right there to show goodwill

the gym facilities are amazing and the location is super

we were gifted a complimentary cocktail at the restaurant bar and we were offered as much bottled water as we like--which was wonderful given the altitude

the garden bar was cozy

water on the floor which was slightly annoying i guess, and the selection on weights in the fitness room was pretty poor, but that wasn t why i chose to stay here anyways

they went above and beyond, from carrying our luggage to room service rooms were stunning

also, room service would be a nice extra

one of he most comfortable bed i slept in. clean and huge room! breakfast was great.
