comfy bed, free use of pool and amazing breakfast... even a nutri bullet.

liked just about everything, lovely comfortable bedroom, great bar and restaurant and ease of parking

gym was good, did want to use the pool but time did not allow, will book here again for sure

gym, pool, food was amazing indeed! very comfortable place.

the bedroom was a long walk from bar and reception.

i think the bar staff by that time were multitsking in the restaurant and

the tv was smart and set up for streaming via free wifi

comfort of the room and the reception area , bar area with open fire and restaurant

that the bar service was a little slow

vegetarian or vegan friends then i might suggest they call ahead to check options for dining and breakfast

parking was tight but i did get the last space in front of the hotel - i know i could have parked

no problem with parking but imagine it could be difficult at busy times

all the staff in the breakfast area are great excellent service always smiling and coffee spot

no room service even covid almost end and they could do that in a safe manner

close to chessington zoo room service was brilliant

one signal really poor so needed wifi)
