- reception area and restaurant was superb refurbished, but taking a walk around the hotel - kids club was empty

and the hotel is beautiful and perfect for kids and adults alike

were no rules for the common areas such as the swimming pool and breakfast

attention took too long in restaurants, room service and maintenance.

like something left from the 90's, the play area was extremely noisy - the pirate ship at the pool was imo

except for a couple of times where we stayed at bed and breakfasts, my sister and i have pretty much always

were parts of the pool that were broken or not fixed which could be a bit dangerous for kids

our room was facing the yard where the pool, jacuzzi and some tables are located but our curtains were pretty

the wifi in our room didn't work but the one from the front desk had a low signal and was kind of slow

breakfast was modest but it was delicious: scrambled eggs, coffee, papaya, bread, butter and

great breakfast with most of the food being produced on premise, even the coffee

the courtyard and pool area are just beautiful, and had we had more time i would definitely have enjoyed lounging

the pool need better maintenance.

maybe a few extras for breakfast or a brunch option ..

may need to improve the wifi and cable service but we really didn t care too much as all the amenities exceed

place is magical the pool warm, the garden and grounds are gorgeous

not many but it s worth noting that the room didn t have a hairdryer, the bar doesn t stock wine and it

bar area is great for a beer or cocktail and the pool area is ideal for sunbathing

we were able to use a pool with a jacuzzi outside which was nice though

room has a nice large bed and very nice spa quality bathroom amenities

hotel was beautiful with the spa area, bar, pool, hammocks etc

breakfast was exceptional, beautiful location

are very modern and spacious, and the whole hotel is so beautiful set in mountains with a pool

the grounds, pool and room were exceptionally beautiful

the breakfast is overwhelming and the owners and the staff are incredible
