everything and everyone was fantastic. everyone at the spa was awesome.

the spa was dirty every time we went down there and children were in it without parents

i also requested service from the spa and never got a call back

location, great room, friendly & helpful staff: front desk, valet, bar, wait, spa and beach attendants were some of the nicest and accommodating people i've seen in the service

liked everything, the pool area, gym, the lobby and lounge area had a lovely atmosphere, the live entertainment was excellent

seeing our kids swim was an excellent way to pass the time

on a weekend, so i am not sure the normal schedule, but from the moana hoolahooping with the kids, to the pirates sword fighting and last the dj

depth of pool - only 3 1/2 feet!

the hotel receptionist offered milk to my two kids while my husband was checking in, and then we were led to our room

the pool was unappealing, but it was closed while i was there anyway
