the pool was great

wifi signal was great, i even had a zoom meeting in the morning

a little bit poor breakfast

we had a two bedroom/bathroom suite, separated by lounge/kitchen area which was just pure luxury

there was even a very pretty garden area where the kids could play a little bit

stayed in a hyatt trio suite in phoenix too, this is a great suite for bigger families with older kids

missed out on breakfast

there was fitness roo and laundry swimming pool was nice up to 10pm

the room service i didn't like because the food was brought in take home containers so i didn't get the

expensive bar drinks

gated underground parking relieved any worries about possible break-ins

the wifi was also pretty good 99% of the time, there were a few bad breaks but nothing too detrimental

the ac was broken and the wifi is awful

first place i been that has direct tv ! and a spa bath for a reasonable price . great stay

facility pool and jacuzzi was nice liked the music it would have been nice if the bar at the pool was

valet was often backed up and if you come at a time when lots of guests for the restaurant/ bar are arriving,
