parking was small

it's a remote area, but 15 miles from the airport and free parking

enitoes are amazing the easy beach chairs and umbrella access was perfect and the pool was great

gym had equipment in several stages of disrepair

the swim up bar and ocean breeze restaurant was a plus and so delicious

enjoyed being able to leave the beach, grab a few drinks and amazing food from the rooftop bar & grill, go back to my clean suite with beautiful ocean views to a quiet & peaceful nights

we didn t get to use the pool due to covid but other than that we were satisfied

no room service was provided. my room smelled like spoiled food i had to keep asking for towels

the hotel includes a small gym that is perfect for a quick 30 minute workout so that you can go on about your day

pool is very small and hardly counts as a pool, but it is so close to the beach that we did not

zen spa was also great, relaxing and the therapists very helpful

you can use condado plaza amenities & beach access but our hotel pool & bar was better

the door getting stuck was a fire hazard, the toilet barely flushing was another issue

this was really a bummer for myself, kids, husband and cousin

we had the option of going to either pool within the resort which was just a few steps in either direction from our room

the area is gorgeous with easy access to several pools on the property as well as the beach

they have lots of golf carts to pick people up and ferry them around the property
