as a woman travelling alone, i felt very safe from the parking lot to my room

we had a king bungalow that had a kitchen, living room, dining area and a jacuzzi in the bathroom

swimming pool was closed and it was quite a bit harder to entertain the kids

but they have another property where you can go and use facilities like racquetball pool jacuzzi

the room does not have a private hot tub or pool

parking was a bit challenging in the evening

description didn't mention that the pool and other amenities were a 10 min drive away from the

full kitchen with everything we needed down to a can opener and bbq supplies

the wifi kept disconnecting.

the pool and hot tub were grossly overfilled beyond capacity with kids

after surviving the shower, i went to the 'alpine union bar & kitchen'

close to gondala. great locker room, gym and hot tub.

casino is top notch

casino for husband to play in. arcade for kids to play in.

clean, spacious, well appointed. great gym. good location.

lots of construction and no room service.

there previously, nothing fancy but at least really close to stateline casinos ,heavenly

gladly accommodated neighboring rooms together. location to casino.

that the heat is with an a/c but the heated bathroom floors and fireplace were a veey nice touch

a hotel with incredible interior, i really love the fireplace in the room that is very comforting, refreshing

its amazing! the rooms are super nice and you have even a fireplace right in your room!

they had a game room, gym, year round pool, laundry room and so much more

only negative comment would be on the need to upgrade the deck area around the pool and spa as there are areas

love that it is pet friendly

i was expecting a bigger pool :/ but i enjoy the pool anyways

than i tried to go to the pool again had to get a new card

i wish the hot tub had been operational, and that the pool were a little larger.

we did not use the pool but it looked very nice and there were comfortable gazebos outside for conversation
