pool was a plus

very good facilities (pool, laundry, ac)

there was a nice little walking trail, dog area, pool, grassy play area

wifi was strong and dependable

they also had things to do like horse shoes, volleyball, and swings for the kids

wifi a little weak but hey your in the middle of no where.

green area with chairs and tables, access to grills, fish cleaning station and the property is pet-friendly
