we were supposed to have a private pool but we did not.

unfortunately, in places the grip bar was completely exposed

it was kids friendly and my kids loved it

were nail tracks from the carpet at the stairway my kids had stepped on them and were bleeding off there toes

and ants in the kitchen, water leaking through the sliding door, a horrible smell, a leaking toilet, and the

stay from the suite to the pool to breakfast was awesome

i booked a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen, living room and balcony

clean room staff was wonderful nice size pool i love the bar that was pool side and the morning breakfast was

love the shuttle for the parks the room service for the kids the pool the walking around and the views we love

also the spa service, while nice, too many hidden fees to simply just get my nails painted

the valet team, bell service, room service staff and restaurant staff were all amazing and very good with them
