this was a great place to stay with kids. many fun activities!

was upset we were given a room without laundry since this is the main reason we booked

resort fee was high for us. wifi was very spotty.

but i did find out that there was a hot and cold water machine in the gym

the back yard that included beautiful mature trees draped with spanish moss, a nice heated pool with plenty of seating and a large lake

the pool was perfect

only issue was the laundry facility for the guest to use was a washer and dryer outdoors on each floor instead of a

+ great location + large + comfortable bed + quiet + can do laundry

maybe instead of coin laundry, a free to use laundry would have been amazing since we didn’t have coins with us

i didn't have any issues checking in, breakfast was good and happy hour was a plus

quality of rooms was excellent for price. breakfast was really good . staff nice and pleasant

use the kitchen because of the amount of flies and bugs trying to land on your food my wife and kids didn t feel comfortable sleeping because the amount of bugs in the room i have some photos

the kitchen utensils/crockery etc were nice quality as were the fixtures and fittings

only thing i didn't like was there were no life vest for kids at the pool

we were not interested in a time share just be firm when you get your parking pass

the lazy river was a little far from us, but the shuttle was on time all the time

and my family, my wife and my kids loved the two bedroom suit the best , it was separate little bungalow with the kitchen inside

the wifi was very weak. not much signal either
