laundry room extremely poor, laundry and dryers didn’t work

more signage, ie coffee in lobby from 7 am-10 pm. irons in laundry room.

is wonderful with an omelette and waffle chef available in a grand ballroom overlooking the golf course and fountains

my husband and daughter loved the pool with great surroundings and warm water

we stayed in the suite on the 2nd floor, full kitchen and plenty of room

the rooms were comfortable and cozy, i liked that the rooms had its own kitchen

had rented out the whole house and were staying in a home with a separate living room, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom

historic old building well kept up. great to have a full kitchen. very nice. super clean.

loved the apartment, the aquatic parc and the swimming pool

loved the inside lounge area where you can relax and take a break from the heat,the outdoor bar was nice as well

it made it really easy to check in and than take the kids to the water park

by the pool were very exorbitant even compared to 4 or 5 star hotels

hope you have the shuttle bus to universal as a lot of hotels which are much cheaper than you.

likety split was a perfect daily treat for our 9 year old - the hotel is so incredibly safe that kids can come and go

chose the room for nightly fireworks and the golf course

didn t like how the room service and maids would barley knock and the next thing i know they are in the room

the golf course grounds that the hotel is on is beautiful
