i loved that it has both a pool and hot tub, plus an extra outdoor hot tub

stay in essex a few only because of the early check in but the room is always very dirty from the sheets to the towels and the bathroom

complementary wine at the bar for happy hour but no snacks to go with it

had upgraded us to a king bed, had a bottle of prosecco in our refrigerator and accommodated a late check out at 1 o’clock

coffee in reception was not always available. bar closed at 9.45 which seemed a bit early.

burrito included in the service charge was tasty and a nice perk, as well as the free teatro shuttle that was able to take us to ball arena, although it was a short and easy walk on the way
