secure parking for our motorbikes and member of staff was excellent

parking outside property. this was the only negative point.

parking was a challenge the first night as there was an event in town and all the parking lots were

i don´t recommend it for families with small kids, because the breakfast is not available at hotel

we are a large family with 2 kids and 2 dogs but still it was quite comfortable for us

rooftop bar was closed, but on positive side that meant we probably spent more time visiting the many

nadia also gave us some gifts for our kids and was always going beyond to help us with our little one

the kitchen has everything you might need

beautiful hotel with really nice swimming pool very good breakfasts and a helpful staff

but there's no restaurants around to have dinner (although the room has a nice and well equipped kitchenette to prepare something simple)

we enjoyed walking, cycling, relaxing by the pool and cultural visits to bilbao

the old town is right across the street check in time is 12pm no early check in
