my only complaint was that the wifi in the room was poor, but perhaps they will fix that

we enjoyed all the facilities of the hotel - a good value breakfast and handy room service for dining in

at night everyone is having drinks in the bar and lobby and it s a great energy

the rooms are comfortable (and there's easy access with a lift); everything is very clean; wifi is very (-)it's hard to find low points - the wifi occasionally dropped but was mainly excellent. (-)wifi is too slow. (+)location, value for money, facilities, good breakfast selection, excellent wifi, closeness of parking (if parking overnight only it may be cheaper to pay car park directly) (-)a minor niggle the wifi doesn't really reach the furthest rooms :-) (*)too hot to hold. no cup handles. no wifi first day. no bar of soap no wash clothes. (-)wifi in room non existant, safe box not working, expensive breakfast (-) the room was tiny and the wifi was almost non-existent

it was great to have a bar and restaurant. lovely old manor house

we had a family room which are in the little converted barn to the side of the main hotel - kids beds on the mezzanine with the main bathroom

of stairs in outside rooms, so tough with kids, no kettle to warm anything

plumbing and the restaurant and bar was closed. during high summer.
