pool and pool area not so clean

no room service, no bar, no open restaurant when needed after coming in on a late flight and

no in room wifi

the wifi wasn t working. expensive meals. some of the staff were not so nice.

breakfast was good the service was excellent fernando was a prince

and there was no conciseness like room service available

were signs every where about room service, none of them mentioned that there was actually no room service, i ordered food and

special offer of breakfast

have to be on that offer free breakfast

i also couldn't login to the free wifi

had a good breakfast selection, wifi, a computer if you needed it, and a washer a d dryer to do laundry

complimentary breakfast, excellent

close to airport. pretty pool area. comfy lobby. nice breakfast.

24/7 shuttle. close to the convention venue and various food. very helpful staff.

comfortable bed, clean towels, air conditioner, parking for cars

of the room, there were no lights past 6pm at the pool or a spa, the toilet was an issue and the breakfast was

find remote for heater and they say they offer free breakfast but they never informed you were to

complimentary snacks when our room wasn't ready. the breakfast. the spa tub.

very noisy ( highway just around) kids running in the hallway at 10pm .

wonderful lady in charge of the breakfast was the best part

spa room was amazing & exceeded my expectations

the kids weren't the problem
