pool and pool area not so clean

shuttle was not working and the taxi they had contracted said it was a 45 minute wait

wifi was really weak

wifi didn't work

the ice machine was empty but fernando at the breakfast area got me ice

probably put in a laundry facility and a bit of tune up on the a/c for those hot summer nights.

and there was no conciseness like room service available

has restaurant, nice coffee shop, pool and is on a large property,

$11 each person each night) was good and food was beyond our expectation

i had breakfast at 6 am at the citrus west cafe and it was simple but expertly made, very pleasant

needed you key card to access parking area so that was also reassuring as i'm a solo traveler

complimentary breakfast, excellent

no breakfast, no toilet paper in the room.

i loved the early check in and everything about the place and room was great !

there was a security guard which patrolled the parking lot, so i felt very safe leaving my car parked at the

breakfast--others had described as great

pool was not open

m surprised how good their breakfast is, when i experienced other inn/motel of the similar price range

my wife ate a boiled egg at the breakfast and it made her sick

find remote for heater and they say they offer free breakfast but they never informed you were to

roof top bar poorly stocked with appropriate beverages

the omelette bar was set up way after the other items

everytime we want to use the wifi, we had to log in and put in the password

it was nice that we could find parking when we got back so late

don t like that you can t take your breakfast food up to your room

the eggs were cold in the breakfast. appeared to have nothing keeping them hot.

there was also a very nice starbucks in the same parking lot

not really. think next time i will ask for an outer room, facing parking lot is all.

i really liked the family friendly pool, had good areas in it for the kids to play.

was difficult to find parking spaces close to our room

mini bar / tea & coffee amenities were lacking. no robes to wear

stayed with a pet on 4th floor....would've been nice to be on bottom floor

the non refundable pet fee didn't make me feel that they are really pretty friendly.

no way to have light in the room with another window high up without being totally exposed to the parking area

most holte has non smoking and this one did not good for me.

call back in 5 minutes the room (smoking room, supposedly the last room available even though parking lot

parking lot was too small for the motel and cars packed in
