wifi didn't work.

food was very good indeed and obviously the word is out as the restaurant was busy as was the bar and patio

very comfortable & interesting hotel with lots of parking nearby

fantastic ,people were really lovely couldn t do enough for us everything was fab, location and parking really great lovely garden for sitting out too will def recommend to friends and

breakfast was lovely, cooked fresh and red hot

size of bedroom comfortable bed ironing board and iron in room cleanliness everything seemed new bar breakfast staff were friendly and helpful my step son forgot his tablet and they let us know

we got our breakfast at the hotel as well, and the food was made fresh and was delicious, as well as having a

parking a bit limited with a battle spaces , but that s nit picking !

beautiful setting in jesmond dene - very relaxing . room was lovely and breakfast superb.

the food in the restaurant could of been more to cater for kids

wifi took a little while to connect on my computer but worked straight away on my phone

early check in was available 4 hours prior to check in time

room service was overpriced and food was not that great so would choose to eat out if re-booking

reminds me of a hotel for kids or something

i also managed to make use of the gym which is small but fab

spotlessly clean, very nice breakfast, great gym, staff are all really friendly, great location

wifi and tv were poor quality. not clear how to access radio.

found at the edge of the quayside, the hotel had a busy bar and restaurant but we couldn t hear a thing in our room which was perfect
