excellent hotel comfy rooms brilliant restaurant and bar staff friendly and helpful!

everything, location, staff, beautiful bar area 10 out of 10 from me.

if they did room service, this place would be fantastic, but at the moment, they don t.

would ve like room service / mini bar

wifi / phone signal (ee) was not great (-)there was no wifi available and there were a few electrical issues. (+)free wifi was of good quality and the underrated floor in the bathroom was a nice touch. (-)better wifi access when they have large events. nice to have smart tvs. (-)nothing to dislike really although the wifi was a little flaky. (+)really - really - nice place but wifi was really flakey. (-)only thing that could be improved room wise in my opinion would be the wifi connectivity in the room and perhaps the addition of a smart tv and a bluetooth speaker (-) the free wifi was very poor, did not connect well and was slow (-)couldn t get reliable access to the wifi and when asking staff about it was told quite flatly that it was working - not for me it (-) wifi wasn t secured and very rarely stayed connected, we had no data signal or wifi in our

location yet close to good restaurants and bars

continental breakfast was just ok

lovely room, ev charger and a fine breakfast

the suite was lovely, clean, the evening meal was divine and the room service equally as good.

breakfast was nice, continental but catered to my gluten / dairy free needs so well ☺️ was nice

breakfast was left in the fridge for overnight and was always yoghurt, fruit or cheese/ham

the kids loved the fact you can sit down in the shower cubicle

fitness room is modern and thoughtfully designed - better than most hotel gyms

the room was lovely, good size, extras treats (for easter) for the kids, comfortable, clean and well well equipped

staff are friendly and helpful, snacks available to buy at the front desk as well as room service which is handy if you don t want to/can t go out

should be a manual in each room explaining the facilities, wifi etc

reminds me of a hotel for kids or something

where fab way kitchen best hotel iv ever stayed in was fantastic reception where very helpful and

room service was overpriced and food was not that great so would choose to eat out if re-booking

woman on reception was lovely and bar staff were friendly and very helpful

staff were lovely, great location, lovely breakfast and great late check out time
