are cleaned, it has beautiful trees, chairs around to relax, wifi available, lobby with a bar after a certain time, the breakfast was really good, tasty food and a lot of variety

dogs are not allowed in the pool areas so i had to leave her alone in the room.

of the 2 pools was closed so we only had access to one pool and beach

the restaurant eclipse on site had amazing food and had a great pool for the kids to swim in

there were kids screaming at 7am and that is too early.

they could have some service in the swimming pool, to order drinks, towels etc

the food was very good, room service was always on time and service at the restaurant was consistently good as well

first they didn't have the key of our room and then the golf cart to take us to our villa wasn't available

motor golf carts that the stuff were using were making too much noise like motorcycles

trying to acces room service sometimes difficult

didn't like the pool hours

pool's tile stairs are extreamly slippery

breakfast and coffee bar area were amazing

peaceful, nice people, beautiful nature, great room, domino table and pool.
