wifi, in our room at least, was poor to non existent

we requested an early check in and had an email to confirm but when we arrived it was not on the booking

was a coach staying and we went down for breakfast 1 morning and there was no bacon or sausage but staff soon sorted it otherwise everything

didn't use the gym, but saw the sign that there was one - will bring my kit the next time i am here

spacious clean bedroom overlooking golf course with hugh king size bed

wifi was awful - i had to dress and go downstairs just so i could speak with my daughter or

our room was directly above where the laundry trolleys were loaded and very early each morning woken by trolleys been trundled in and out

i loved the fact of how spacious our room was, the kids had space to be kids and werent cramped

only negative comment would be that there is not a lot of different apparatus in the gym

with little kids, it would be helpful to be able to move it up high

but the pork pie off the room service menu - the pastry was undercooked - not a traditional pork pie you would expect

breakfast was the best i ve tasted in a hotel all freshly cooked top

ate in the bar one evening and the food was excellent

we used that on the first night and the waitress was really friendly, the bar and restaurant was really clean

we had to pay extra to use the gym .sauna facilities

rubbish wifi

lacked walk in shower and on taking shower plug not draining so caused bath to fill internet wifi kept cutting out very poor signal and unable to get mobile data signal sadly on arriving home

included continental breakfast and room service was exceptional

only small fault was the gym was not as versatile as others but is very clean and cool!

room was great, beds were comfy, 24 hour gym, bargain for what we paid

main reception, room was nice and clean, reception staff really friendly and helpful, the mini bar in the bedroom was lovely and the little touch of note left by reception was nice

we were able to choose from a menu for breakfast and they allowed us to keep our car in the parking lot while we went into liverpool

bar is lovely with a great choice of drinks and wine

breakfast is wholesome ,with a choice of hot and cold options
