the room was excellent, the light snacks and selection of bar drinks were excellent for our needs

limited choice for healthy eating in dining room/ bar/ room service. maybe add a salad??

given the hotel is located by a popular racecourse would expect more facilities in the hotel ie gym, sauna, steam room, pool, jacuzzi as other holiday inns across uk

gym, or rather a tiny manky room that with no windows that is supposed to eb a gym, disappointing

staff are brillant. great with kids. jackie is an amazing worker and person.

enough for kids to do at the hotel with the space around the ground they could fit a decent park on

stafford were very pleasant and i'm grateful for the early check in and late check out
