spa manager and her entire staff was extremely kind and did everything they could to make me feel

there is a pool with ocean view, a steam and sauna room and a gym as well

thou my room wasn’t ready they stored my bags and still offered services to the restaurant or pool area until my room was ready

the pools were warm, their is sand to play with by the pool which was great for the little ones
