pool was beautiful and well-kept

i needed: a comfortable bed, good internet and cable tv, a reasonable shower, a reasonable gym and swimming pool and a very good service

i interacted with bianka (front desk), diana (housekeeping/breakfast),

breakfast was very good

laundry was also super useful during these hot days

hotel offered breakfast which they had a great selection, they also offered shuttle ride from airport and to the

very convenient to our destination, friendly staff, easy parking, comfortable room, and breakfast included

breakfast was a good surprise with egg and sausages along with a lots of other choices

i was not fond of the breakfast, area was also cramped.

also i was able to get the late check out for about $10 an hour

all supplies in the kitchen looked brand new and complete for making meals

only complaint, sun is blocked on beach and pool due to high rise hotels. lose sun early, 3-4 pm

wish each restaurant had their own menu, i did not like that room service, and all pool bars all had the exact same menu
