disturbed by noisy area with many cars passing, noise from the fridge, room too cold, fear of kids falling off the bed so didn't sleep too well overall but kids surely did

if you are visiting for travel or work but i wasn’t looking for extra facilities like gym and pool but though they had it and i didn’t went anywhere as i was visiting for work and left

another family and the hotel managed to place us in adjoining rooms which was fantastic for the kids to roam without disturbing others

the gym had a non working treadmill and no heavy weights or a proper bench

it is a no frills place-no pool and a bit out of the way . great value for the money.

the only disappointment was that the advertised restaurant & bar are no longer in service

out was at 12, but the room service barged in before 12 without even knocking to check if people were still inside

we preferred to have a breakfast somewhere else and enjoy quebec's downtown atmosphere

also we had room 415 over looking the golf course but the in room chairs are so low all you could see is the sky
