very clean rooms. the breakfast was very good.

breakfast in the morning was basic, but yummy and much appreciated

was fine at the restaurant; the local cleaning lady offered to do our clothes laundry for free (we accepted but gave her $20, for which she was very grateful)

day we left, we did not get our breakfast, we left at 6 am

couldn't have asked for friendlier hosts :) giovanni provides you with his homegrown coffee for breakfast which we ended up buying two bags to bring home

staff, clean, comfortable spacious rooms, a very serene pool and gathering area, and delicious food

needs majntanance and appearancd totally different to internet pictures

wifi was very spotty and inconsistent, but in their defense i believe they were having connectivity

whole family had a wonderful experience at chachagua, and the kids especially enjoyed the hot spring pools, water slide, and amazing wildlife and staff

bed is very comfortable and wifi connection is good and fast

staff were so friendly our rooms were amazing the pools and water slides were super cool our kids loved

the wooden bungalow in a tropical garden and the nice pool area with a view over arenal volcano

the shower was amazing and the pool and view were beyond compare

i also loved the pool and the breakfast

our room was very clean and spacious, the property is lush green, relaxing pool area, delicious breakfast, and all the staff are super super friendly and helpful

it was also across from a great bar called chichas that we loved

the staff resisted giving us more and were super weird about it the pool was not good for younger kids - too deep or way too shallow - no in between

walls are a little thin, and no shampoo or conditioner. wifi can be a little spotty.
