food is basic , our room was delivered 2 hours late and the lights , wifi and sinks were not working

it was so easy to book an excursion, a spa visit, or order room service with the in-room tablets

a luxury spa and quite an operation

dinners were always ordered for room service

the extras at the hotel and spa were very expensive. the food was good, but seemed overpriced.

the restaurant at the hotel: breakfast is good. the dinner is dissapointing. and overpriced.

suite didn’t provide any kitchen soap, sponge or towel which made it difficult to clean up after making a snack

wifi wasn t consistent in the evening which i couldn t figure out why
