natural beauty, rustic charm, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good food, lovely pool with perfect view of the volcano, and lots of wildlife

stayed up late with us at the bar so we didn't feel lonely, told us interesting stories about his life

the food at the restaurant is delicious and the breakfast that is included is an amazing deal

gym was open to the elements and as there was a room in close proximity i didnt want to use the

wifi only worked sometimes

on hillside with private 1,5mls trail through the rain forest, including a hanging bridge pool area and bar covered patio with view of volcano

they took the drinks off the bill and the staff was super nice but whatever is happening in the kitchen needs to changed

wifi was down for a whole day of our trip-made forward planning a bit difficult-but the staff were

being behind the kitchen/restaurant - and the noise that came with that.

breakfast has a great variety but quality, especially of room service and the restaurants / bars is not 5 star quality

gym is a bit dated and restaurant quality could be improved.

quite far to walk back to reception, which could be a problem for less mobile and/or those with kids

wifi could have been a little faster.

parking spaces are somewhat limited but the staff allowed me to park my vehicle within the internal

staff, very comfortable rooms with coffee makers and these little coconut cookies that my kids have mowed through

i really liked having access to the shared kitchen and the pool

they are also building a pool, so the stay at this accommodation can only get better

although it is distant to the town, it is close to some kind of bar or nightclub that has a loud sound until late night

breakfast options were great

our room was very clean and spacious, the property is lush green, relaxing pool area, delicious breakfast, and all the staff are super super friendly and helpful

we booked lots of tours through them and they also helped us with laundry and booking taxis

the property sits back off of the road, you do get some noise from the adjacent car wash and a bar that are located nearby

jose did some laundry for us overnight which was appreciated
