the resort is beautiful, the location is fantastic and we really loved the kayaks, beach, pools, hot tubs, kids club, rooms, balcony with hammock, restaurants and the great services of the

the pool is really nice and has good service and a swim up bar, but the water is just too warm for july

and service the outdoor amenities are exactly what you want from a luxury mexican resort: the pool: vibrant, well-maintained, and great for lounging

the family area, for families there are multiple options throughout the day to have fun with the kids

the kids camp was awesome and the water slides and pools

there are only three pools: one adults-only, one family pool, and one for kids, but all are quite small and often felt

the buffet breakfast that is included in your stay was great

3 kids (5, 7 and 10) were entertained the entire time

i am very fussy, but my kids were happy, and we met new friends

the staff was very friendly and helpful, the pools were always refreshing and the grounds were always clean

it could do with a few more evening locations, i think the piano bar was not in action because they were using it as a covid testing area, so maybe if that had been

in the kitchen there are no facilities just 2 plates and 2 cups

the staff assured that i enjoy my time resting in lobby/pool/gym

of the staff at the beach bar had that attitude of “oh you’re a foreigner so doesn’t matter what things cost”

my wife and i got into the bathrobes provided after a lovely swim in the pool and a hot shower and lazed around watching movies and ordered some delicious room service

menu was very limited both in restaurant and pool area.

the great view of the pool and ocean room was excellent highly recommend.

the beds are very comfortable, a gorgeous view from the rooftop pool, bar and cabanas

with wifi access checking my visa balance showed the room was already changed on the card before
