liked the modern facilities, not crowded, cleanliness, not restricted amount of towels at the pool, tasty food, and very attentive staff

the kids club is also great with a lot of activities for the kids

also the breakfast buffet was really good

multiple options of food for breakfast, snacks, lunch and dinner

there were a few hiccups during check-in and check-out the biggest issue, however, was with the spa

fantastic food in all the restaurants. great swimming pools for adults and kids.

definitely consider this property again and bring the kids

there is an underground walkway to get to the other side of the street to the water park

the pool is ideal for toddlers

attended before 10pm(pool bar closed at 10pm) leftover food from dinner was often served for breakfast

water park is mainly for kids - we didn't realize it based on pictures, the basket was fun for

loved our stay, particularly the balcony with a hot tub and the beach area, but the spa and pool were also excellent

very friendly & helpful staff, especially our room service gal ~ my husband loved having his breakfastin the room

and francisco in the preference lounge and they went out of there way to assist us, getting us golf t-off times at late notice and a table at the hibachi when it was booked out
