better wifi reception throughout the property

location was lovely my breakfast was nice just bacon on dry toast my husband had full english asked for well done bacon

the lady sorting rooms out was lovely and was just as friendly at breakfast the next morning

i thought the decor was dated. when functions were being held parking was difficult.

the bar was open late and at 1am you could still get a drink from there if you set up a tab to your

beautiful hotel bar and restaurant and lovely pool

love that the parking is free and love the leisure facilities

staff were excellent, the service was excellent, the location was excellent, the gym and pool were excellent

the housekeeping deserve special mention as they provided an additional quilt when my kids were fighting over the one on the bed

the bedroom was spacious and clean and the added bonus of swimming pool and gym

minutes walk into town with all its bars, restaurants and shops and lots of play areas for the kids

we had to have our breakfast across the lobby in the lounge which wasn t ideal with 4 kids

we understand that for a two night stay why room service was not provided for the first morning when considering the cost of the accommodation

the toaster is slow and not very good. breakfast was cold by the time the toast was done.

wifi in room was not working, staff were helpful and found me a place in the hotel where i could

evening in the resturant was spoilt due to the noise of kids playing in the room next door and entering the restuarant area while we were trying to relax

room service was pricey and the quality not the best but the local takeaway are a few minute walk

breakfast was good no cold meat or cheese, english not served till after 10am evening meal was very

breakfast was exceptional, all cooked fresh couldn't fault a thing.
