on the other end which seemed more difficult than it needed to be and was a bit of a hazard with kids if i m honest

there after a five hour drive with 2 kids late at night- room was full of last people s rubbish, no towels, no hairdryer, tv not

the only reason we ever stayed is because we are down for the kids or to drop them back off to their mum’s with parter

they were very helpful and understanding when i asked for a late check out due to my partner feeling unwell

come there with 3 kids and we had to stay in the room which was located in the basement smelling with mold

also being woken at 6am by your laundry service has definitely put us off using you establishment again also no evening restaurant

room service wouldn t bring wine to the room unless i went down and paid first

i was expecting that when i asked for a late check out it would have been free considering we didn't have the balcony

we had a wonderful night away and have already booked for the summer, with the kids this time

actually it was lovely hearing kids laughing and playing and babies chuckling

the rooms, restaurant, food, service, cocktail bar and staff were all excellent

side of the hotel we stayed on was near the kitchen and the smell of fried food

the facilities in the mini kitchen and bathroom were great and very cute

lift needs updating, our room could use some tidying up, tatty in places wifi was hit and miss although i was informed it is being updated this week

value for money, location was ideal near to the sea front and near lots of restaurants, cafes and bar and perfectly clean room

we arrived a little early and asked if there was any chance of early check in, and were bluntly told by reception

the room service was timely, room was always cleaned thoroughly, we had a fantastic time at the spa ,

late check out at 12 am and no issue with leaving bag until my train was due

lifts were slow, didn t see an option for late check out which would have been ideal for us.

and best of all, i was offered a free room upgrade to a king room i believe and a late check out

they also lost some of our clothes for the laundry and it wasn t until the last day that they could locate it

and stylish hotel, rooms very clean and comfy, nice vibe in the bar area, breakfast service really good

unfortunately, just toooo hot outside to use the spa facilities - like the hot tub, massages etc inside

reasonable wifi, although not suitable for remote video meetings, it gets quite intermittent
