great stay celebrating my birthday with my family. enjoyed pool and spa facilities.

and building are absolutely stunning, the pool area is gorgeous, especially the garden, the bar staff were great, friendly and chatty both nights we went down for a drink

the breakfast was delicious with a great selection and excellent quality of food

there were two 7kw ev charging points both working (bp charging but worked with a charge my hyundai card) being able (-)the ev charger in the car park was very time consuming to use and would put me off going back (-)have been better if they had more than two ev charge-points

staff were very nice the bar and the restaurant were very cozy lovely place to have a drink or something to eat will go

also as i was leaving through the restaurant,i walked by the kitchen door which was open to see the manager(a blonde lady), shouting at the waitresses for slow (-)room 105, the window faced the extractors from the kitchens (+)furnished apartment; excellent accommodation with super comfy beds & bedding, a great little kitchen and lovely lounge (-) fortunately the staff were very accommodating with putting my chilled stuff in the kitchen (-)shortly after my husbands however it appeared that only one breakfast had been put through to the kitchen (-) kitchen closed early on a bank holiday sunday (-)the service at breakfast was very poor and our order was lost n the kitchen & we waited for a very long time and had to speak to staff, this was not something we would (+)lovely hotel spoilt by sleepless night due to noise outside, think from kitchen fan. (-)room 105 - it is adjacent to the kitchen extractor fan and the whole room hums while the fan is on (until the kitchen shuts at

whole experience was lovely, the spa was probably one of the best ones i ve used

couldn t use the excellent spa facilities during my stay due to circumstances

guests are allowed to use the sports facilities and spa next door but we didn't use them so can't
