great wifi

room service a bit pricey for quality provided

the room was lovely; the building was magnificent and there was plenty of parking

registration was given to the the staff on arrival and yet i still received unnecessary parking fines which is wasting my time to resolve this, time is important and especially when

hotel is very well run with ample parking and a good bar

laundry on floor outside elevator throughout stay.

we arrived there were a selection treats left in the room with a little note which the kids loved

that there was no food to get at the bar after hours. travelodge always has food 24/7.

comfy beds, early check in, reduced car parking, good breakfast

kids running up and down corridor knocking on door although recognise this was not a fault of hotel

a gym,pool,sauna,steam room,bar and good food all for 50 per night

parking, on site leisure facilities including pool, decent continental breakfast all at a bargain

thought the room was great, quiet & good access to the swimming pool & gym

liked the hotel because the room was very spacious he bed was comfortable and i liked the bar attached to the hotel

couldn't get wifi in the room that we were in

the wifi connection was a bit wonkey and here and there there's some ware and tare.

lifts were not working and neither was the treadmill or cross trainer in the gym, which is one of the main reasons i chose this hotel

no kids menus so had to order them takaway

the corner of the room peeling paint off the walls hotel lift was broken place on top floor with kids and lots of things with a broken

mushrooms at breakfast, overflow in sink was not clean, bar area did not enough plugs, which meant i could not use my tablet for long as battery needed to

i loved the the location was perfect for kids

very friendly and helpful and the bar was well stocked up, great having a iron in the room and the shower was hot and spacious

would be great if there was an alarm service as our alarms didn't go off and we missed breakfast

asked to move out of the bar area after just purchasing a bottle of wine as the staff wanted to close the shutters

also lots of kids running around reception area, it looks like you are housing a lot of immigrants, this is fine

drawers, suite area was extremely tired and sofa looked like it had been used as a trampoline for kids

i stayed two nights in the executive suite which was very comfortable and had good room service

welcoming staff, food very acceptable but small portions were missing my friend had to have a kids meal

the room was lovely and clean, and the hotel had gifted small gifts and a card for the kids for christmas at their own expense
