due to covid-19 everything was closed in the hotel, such as the pool, restaurants, bar and casino, they always responded to our needs in a timely manner

i had to sign up for wifi each day versus having access for the entire 7 days i was there

a lot of kids on my last 2 nights running and slamming doors, pool time close at 8pm.

when i showed him the email correspondence then he said he would be able to check me and my kids in at 6 am

wifi second time ive been there and wifi is awful

have to wait a little longer to be taken care of by the pool

breakfast was not included. spa experience was great.

for spa services - we are still working on removing these charges since never ever visited the spa

you’ll have to park your own car and either walk back or arrange a golf cart to take you back to the hotel

resturant and bar were understaffed

it was so easy to walk to the beach or local shops, the bar stayed open a little later the night i got there just to get me a drink before close

the only thing i noticed employees speaking loud because the outdoor bar is next to the first floor rooms

bar in this hotel is great and view was amazing . and bar stuff was really nice both 2nights

chair and i was told that nobody was on duty to handle the chair's price for a snicker candy bar was 3

is fine but for someone like me how gets overstimulated very quickly i loved the calmness of our pool area and the option to sit in the multiple gazebos

of options with 5-10 minute uber ride or 10 minute walk, which is not a big deal unless you have kids who are tired by end of day

multiple gorgeous pools facing the ocean, one with a slide for kids and one more isolated for adults, all a quick walk away from the ocean

in the $50 a day resort fee - but other than that it was a great place to stay - the rule of no kids in the adult only pool by the swim up bar should be enforced by staff

a good hotel if you rent a car to move around it is very clean and quiet i did not like the gym as i travel solo and needed fhe gym for mornings the gym is super small and located in a

inevitably, with it being a large golf resort, you need to take a cab if you want to leave it

also, the scrambled eggs on the breakfast bar were the worst that we've ever had
