due to covid-19 everything was closed in the hotel, such as the pool, restaurants, bar and casino, they always responded to our needs in a timely manner

gym - small workout room with two treadmills, some barbells, and a universal

the view of the golf course was a very good touch in the morning

the casino is small but nice

the pool was amazing we had it to ourselves

were super friendly, breakfast was great, ac was very effective and the outdoor pool was great for a refreshing swim

then our bed was broken and our spa treatment got cancelled because one of the staff had to leave

the rooftop was gorgeous and there were access to towels and a gym

to cruise terminal good location close to the casino and just a short 75 cent bus ride to old san juan

we were able to flag a man walking by with laundry cart, and he said he didn't have us listed for the night

i wish the spa was in the hotel. but it’s only a block away which is not bad.

i truly loved this resort. the only thing i think could have been better was the casino.

my 2nd time returning to the beachfront-casino resort, there will definitely be a 3rd & 4th visit for

there's a lot of area to kids of be secluded on the grounds of the hotel

also, the scrambled eggs on the breakfast bar were the worst that we've ever had

the only amenities the hotel offers is a very small gym & a rooftop pool that was underwhelming
