felt 20 was a little steep for ev charging overnight as aware it does not cost 20 to charge car, however was needed therefore

very minor point was that i struggled to get onto your wifi to be told when we left that i was trying the wrong one and should of been made aware of which

i liked the easy access wifi and the free laundry facilities

in the morning room service staff opened the door and we had to shout that we are in there

the pool was a bit murky looking, but our kids loved swimming in it even though it was a bit green in colour

it was really quiet considering it was a saturday night, and while you can still hear the bar downstairs it was extremely muffled, incredible soundproofing

i thought the decor was dated. when functions were being held parking was difficult.

wifi was a little hit and miss as was the tv signal but we weren't there for that so i really wast

hotel would benefit from a sign and or a bell on the bar in the lounge to call staff when unattended, other than that the hotel was great

on the balcony of room smoking and there was dirty broom 4 black bags of rubbish and dirty laundry in

we were able to take our dog with us into the bar to eat and into the breakfast room in the morning which was fantastic

very busy with kids running around in reception (not hotels fault), very noisy and busy on arrival and queued

also sadly few peaces of gym equipment were out of

the wifi dropping out on 2nd night.
